In the van and ready to go! |
Terri Degenkolb from Whimsicals and I have been friends for a few years. We go back to the days when I was designing fabric for Red Rooster Fabrics. She still designs for them and has great fabrics and wonderful patterns for Hats, Bags and Quilts. Our booths this year were fairly close so I was able to sneak out and find her, just enough time to grab a quick chat and some photos!
Make sure you go and visit her website at www.whimsicalquilts.com to see all of her amazing designs and patterns. She also has a blog at http://whimsicals.typepad.com so you can follow her busy life of design!
Terri was so generous to you guys!! She not only sent her book but a bunch of her awesome patterns!! Thanks Terri!! We missed Tom and hope to see you both soon.
My internet is still sketchy and we are in an amazingly beautiful place right now so hopefully my photos will load and I can share them with you next post! Make sure you comment here and on FB!!
Here's our basket!!

Looks like you had a great time. Looks like you were able to meet up with some old friends and see some fabulous art!
I think a sign on Chloe is a great idea! She is not only a great dog but can serve as a mascot too! :) The Boston Terrier quilt was too cute - looks just like her.
Wow! The Market Basket has become one amazing prize - another great idea Desiree! I hope new people are finding you, too - because you have such wonderful products!
Quilt Market sounds so wonderful. The basket is truly amazing. So full of such fun goodies! I think Chloe as a walking sign post is a great idea. It would be so fun if you could bring her to all the shows. She would be the belle of the ball.
Only one week left for entries, and only three weeks left before we know the winner! It's getting so exciting. I hope that winner is me!
It's getting bigger and bigger. What a great prize.
