This is a picture of my daughter who received a red hat and scarf from my mom for Christmas. She looked so beautiful in it and really loves it. I did the drawing in pencil and the hat and scarf in colored pencil. The drawing really does not do her justice and I am still trying to capture the thing that makes us uniquely us! Whatever that is and where ever it may be. LOL But the fun is in the process.

This is a really nice portrait. Since I don't know what your daughter looks like, this portrait seems like an excellent capturing!! I love the scarf and hat!! I am just learning colored pencils -- they're challenging for me!

This is a really wonderful drawing! Besides being a fantastic portrait, the way you colored in the hat and scarf gives a little different focus and texture, and the treatment of the left side of the drawing is so active and fun! Really, great work!
