I am working on some things in my studio, I have been collecting many wonderfully beautiful pods on my nature walks. I also had a wonderful friend who collected some things for me on her walks. I have started to put some sketches and paintings together. I just started working on these pods from a physifolia, which is a eucalyptus that blooms red. It is done in colored pencil and not yet finished.
SO BEAUTIFULLY DONE, DESIREE!! Getting red and green together to work as lusciously and painterly as you've done is a real skill -- beautiful!
